In recent years, along with the the strategy of overall development planning of the central and western area for china continuous implementing, some of the central and western urban which located in the mountains has entering the rapid development period. Mountainous region have varied terrain and complex geological conditions, the construction of engineering facilities which in this environmental conditions will facing many technical problems. This article is based on this background to research that construction of the symbol building of Guiyang have encountered technical problems.This project is located in earthquake-prone mountain, due to it is built into the side of a mountain and by the venue restrictions, so it used a large drop distance foundation design scheme. This design scheme set a part of main structure foundation on the top of the mountain, so it produced the problem what the pile foundation that in a complex stress state whether ensure the safety of rock foundation or not. This used a anti-seismic pile technology to solve the problem, the technology which adopt the method of transfer the place of force path and damping isolation to mitigated the adverse impact on the rock slope stability when the upper structure subject to seismic load. In order to have a deeper understanding for the principle and mechanism of action of this technology, this paper will take theoretical research method and construction monitoring method to completed the study purpose.For the theoretical analysis, this paper researched the related theory about anti-seismic pile and the stability of rock slope on the basis of existing research results. Anti-seismic pile considerations for the purpose of reducing the impact on the stability of rock slope so this has taken advantage of its vertical bearing capacity whereas to reduced its horizontal bearing capacity, it is different from the bearing performance of ordinary concrete pile, so this paper has expound the horizontal and vertical bearing performance as well as the stability theory of rock slope. For the research on anti-seismic effect of anti-seismic pile, this paper established the main structure-anti-seismic pile- rock foundation structural finite element model to simulate the interaction of anti-seismic pile and rock foundation under the weight load or the seismic load, at the same time, it expound the dynamic interaction of anti-seismic pile and rock foundation. For the monitoring analysis, this paper through the monitoring of mechanical performance and rock slope deformation to analyzed the mechanical properties of anti-seismic pile and the deformation characteristics of rock slope under the weight load.The mechanical performance of anti-seismic pile is similar to end-bearing concrete piles, anti-seismic pile is major to bear vertical load and bear smaller horizontal load, the horizontal force generated by main structure under seismic load is major transmitted to anti-shear piles; According to the existing research results of pile bearing capacity calculation and rock slope stability, expound the vertical and horizontal bearing capacity calculation methods, expound the calculation methods of dynamic safety factor that judge the stability of rock slope under horizontal seismic load. Through monitoring the rock slope deformation and analyzing the finite element numerical model of Hua Guoyuan office building project, pull the calculation method of anti-seismic pile play the effect on guarantee the rock slope stability under the horizontal seismic load. This conclusions can provide theoretical reference for design and construction of anti-seismic in practical engineering, provide a reference method for judge the stability of rock slope when adopt anti-seismic pile.
