At present domestic urban rainstorm waterlogging in rainy area, road water seriously, poses a great threat to the lives and property of the people. The transformation of the city rain water pipe network has been built, not only large investment projects, but it is difficult to achieve the desired effect. The author proposed the establishment of rainwater storage system of rainwater pipe network system in the original, the use of rainwater storage tanks and pumping stations to reduce the peak flow, so as to improve the ability to resist the storm City, to eliminate the effect of waterlogging, and simulate the operation effect of rainwater storage system using SWMM. Simulation of special planning of drainage in Hengdong County by using SWMM model, the simulation results were analyzed, in the case of heavy rainfall, rainwater storage tank can indeed play down the peak, reduce rainwater pipeline "overload" the probability of [1].In this paper, through the investigation of Hengdong County, collecting hydrologic parameters required in the SWMM model, the permeability coefficient of the catchment area is not such as to the drainage network, within the city, diameter, and the establishment of Hengdong County Drainage System Model in SWMM.In this paper, the use of storm intensity formula of Hengyang city in different return period(1 years, 5 years, 10 years and 20 years) of the single event(2 hours rainfall events), combined with Chicago rainfall line on type design, draw the different return period of the event.In return a single event period under different operation model, the author put forward a preliminary determination of the debugging process of rainwater storage tank by SWMM. On the operation model of the results of the analysis, the results are as follows:1) In the event of different return period storm, analysis of the impact of rainwater storage tank on the drainage system, the design of r=0.4, the peak reached in the 48 min rain, surface runoff reached peak flow in 60 min, when the rainwater storage tank in the creation of the drainage pipe "overload", can effectively reduce the flood peak, reduce the pressure pipe network drainage.2) In the event of different return period storm drainage system, analysis on the influence of water pumping station, 4 types of pump SWMM, a reasonable set of pump can effectively reduce the flood peak, exclusion of waterlogging.3) Through the simulation model show reasonable scheduling of rainwater storage tank can better play its effective volume, reduce the blindness of rainwater storage tank operation management.
