In this paper is to improve the construction efficiency of subway boring in mountainous urban areas, equipment selection, rapid assembly and debugging, safe and quick boring, backfilling and grouting process for the special geological conditions. according to the Phase II of C hong Q ing Metro Line 6 causeway mountain tunnel, mainly in type shield pause, segment behind pea gravel filling and grouting technique and systemic research on the problems such as TBM remanufacturing technology, through the study of composite created based on single shield TBM application of precedent in urban rail transit, enrich the means and methods in the field of rail transit tunnel construction, to overcome the disadvantages of the specific geological conditions of shield, improve the efficiency of the construction, for the first time behind the lining segments used in rail transit field pea gravel reclamation construction process, to avoid the segment buoyancy, serpentine, such as the quality common fault, very good control of the line, to ensure the quality of the hole, in the application of TBM remanufacturing technology, studied the composite TBM under complicated geological conditions of the bearing seal system and other structural reform’s success, popularization and application of TBM remanufacturing and tunnel maintenance and configuration has accumulated valuable experience.
