The article is based on the industrialized manufacture of the prefabricated concrete component. For the existing vibration equipment cannot better meet the need of the modern production line, a new vibrostand is designed according to the vibration requirements.Firstly the vibrostand is made up by the medium frequency part and the low frequency part after analyzing its function in the project design. By analyzing the layout of the parallel mechanism, the general layout is shown and the general structure design is completed.Secondly for the working requirement in the project design, it is confirmed that the low frequency part needs three translate freedom. The 3-UPU mechanism is fit for driving the low frequency part. The screw theory is used to calculate the freedom of the selected mechanism and the result meet requirements. By using the analytical method to solve the position of the parallel mechanism, the displacement function between the moving platform and the drive arms are calculated. The influence coefficient method is used to solve the velocity and acceleration, and the relationship between the moving platform and the driving arms is deduced. By setting the motion of the moving platform and the main size of the parallel mechanism, the kinematics simulation of the parallel mechanism is conducted in the ADAMS.The simulation shows that the moving platform has the same motion as the setting and the kinematics calculation is correct. With the simulation results,the working performances including the working frequency, amplitude and acceleration which the vibrostand can reach are analyzed.Lastly according to the function of the medium frequency part, the synthetic stiffness and damp are calculated on basis of the load and the working frequency in the vibration isolation equipments design. The layout of the vibration isolation equipments is analyzed.The working performances of the multifunctional concrete vibrostandwhich contain the parallel mechanism reach the expected goal. The low frequency mechanism makes it possible to meet the design requirements and the overall structure of the medium frequency part can match the low frequency part.The cooperative work of the two parts meets the desired requirements.
