This paper discusses the issue of power confluence. Coming from two or more sources of power input to an output of the confluence. Due to the realization of dynamic confluence cannot adopt rigid transmission mechanism (rigid transmission cannot overcome synchronization problems), only using the flexible transmission. Therefore, this paper based on gas transfer media has carried on the related dynamic experiment of the confluence, aims to infer the general rule of hydrodynamic confluence.In this paper the main research contents are as follows: (1) To observe the gas as medium power confluence basic phenomenon. (2) For the above phenomenon for data analysis. (3) According to the above experiments and the results of the analysis, it is concluded that as a gas for the power of the basic rules of the confluence of the medium. (4) The relevant power confluence device design principle is given.Power source used in this study for the fans to air as the power transmission medium, the output device is also the same size fan. Experiment is divided into open space and airtight space two modes. In each mode, the fan in the active (power source) and positioned opposite a passive fan (output device) design a variety of ways to change the parameters of the experimental program, including two from the fan’s axis, the axis offset from the axis angle and the like. In each placement, taking the relevant parameters as independent variables (such as distance or axial axis angle), measuring the output device speed, which found that the quantitative effect of these parameters on the power transmission. Another major task of this paper is to fit the experimental data, and analytical expressions are given. Preliminary exploration of this study is the first issue of the confluence power, but after all, a useful attempt. The results can also be extended to liquid as the motive medium confluence experimental studies.Convenient for future researchers consult, this paper lists all the experimental data.
