At present, more than 30 cities have been approved the construction of the subway in the country. Most important, shallow buried tunnel method is the most common method of construction of our country to build intercity rail tunnel. How to use the shallow buried tunnel method to construct safely, economically, smoothly through the shallow and the residential area is an important sign of a construction enterprise construction level. Especially the hole sealing technology has been developed very quickly in recent years, as well as the emergence of WSS and many other new technologies. Therefore, researched on the innovation of construction technology of shallow buried tunnel method is of great significance.Relying on the development project of Dongguan Hui intercity rail crossing urban shallow buried tunnel construction technology(J10-05B). According to all kinds of information and data obtained from site investigation, of shallow buried across the city roads, houses, aging shallow foundation subsidence control, underground pipeline protection and the surrounding environment protection, which are analysed on the comprehensive summary. We have completed the relevant research project have been completed. The main research contents and results include the following aspects.(1)According to the geological conditions change, engineering geological investigation, finding out all kinds of engineering geological properties, which is conducive to the different geological conditions to choose different construction methods for providing the basis for judging. In the hands of different geological environment, different ground conditions timely to adjust method step. The advanced support role and construction method are mastered.(2)Optimizing the construction process, the optimization method for the next CD on CD step method, more over the additional temporary invert prevent tunnel convergence deformation, shortening construction method step, which first into a small ring, and then gradually into the ring as a whole. The surface subsidence, cracks in buildings, pipelines are damaged, the initial support invasion problems have been solved, the construction caused ground settlement and heave control within the range of environmental conditions allowing are controlled, which ensure that the use of building foundation and underground pipeline safely, the urban road safe traffic, security along the normal life of residents.(3)Because of the geological structure is poor, rich groundwater, easy settlement, full-face grouting can effectively reduce surrounding rock deformation and ensure traffic safety and road tunnel safety. Noting by the full-face double liquid slurry grouting technique mastered analyzing under different geological conditions chosen different grouting materials and grouting equipment, to facilitate the construction, economic efficiency purposes, to provide construction experience for future similar projects.(4) Optimization of Dual slurry material, the use of calcium chloride and sodium silicate chemical reaction, rapid sealing, grouting material savings.
