Grid is the cornerstone to maintain the survival of modern society. With the growing consumption of fossil energy,research on new energy power supply mode is even more urgent. Micro-grid which is a new, distributed power supply, with the development of society, Micro-grid systems become more complex, relationships between the systems also become more closely. However, the close relationships bring special power quality problems when Micro-grid system is under the internal and external disturbance, which cause power grid pollution. Complex network reveals the nature and achieve the control of the network by research on the topology of the network. The Micro-grid system has the characteristics of complex networks; therefore, further study of complex network theory has very important practical significance in the application of Micro-grid.The paper which is based on the micro-grid simulation model as the research object, aims at the problems in the photovoltaic micro network system, such as mutual influence between micro sources, which cause grid power pollution, the instability of internal load and so on. Complex network theory was introduced to the field of micro-grid, it puts forward a method about the photovoltaic micro network system modeling and micro source coupling analysis method and the query of micro network system performance parameters. The simulation experiment is conducted according to the micro source coupling theory analysis results. It verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method. The main work of the paper is as follows:(1) Based on the complex network theory and graph theory, we complete the network abstraction and description of the micro-grid system; build a typical micro-grid simulation model. It contains the photovoltaic power generation model for power supply, the wind power generation model, the fuel cell power generation model, the micro gas turbine power generation model and the model of the storage battery by charging and discharging for the energy storage device.(2) This paper proposes a "priority and edge" generation algorithm of complex network, combining with "random and edge" and "priority connection". Using the most classical hierarchical clustering algorithm——GN algorithm to divide the abstract model of the micro network system to community structure, then analysis correlations between the micro sources according to division results.(3) This paper proposes a strategy, it makes the network topology which is the abstraction of micro network system conform to the topology of the small world network model by introduction of associated nodes. It implements efficient distributed information search, and reduces the energy consumption of the network.(4) By changing temperature and light intensity of the micro simulation model, the community classification results of GN algorithm are verified and analyzed, and providing a reliable theory basis for photovoltaic micro-grid distributed monitoring and layout optimization design. When the parameter of QueryWSN query strategy is not the same, it analyzes the success rate of the strategy query and the change of communication energy consumption, and providing a scientific basis for the micro grid network monitoring and maintenance.
