| Take the pulsed power technology as the background, the pre-weakening of concrete based on the impulse voltage generator is a new type of crushing method, comparison with the traditional chemical method and mechanical means to break building, the pre-weakening of concrete has great immeasurable application propects as its high breaking efficiency, good damage effect, low cost and energy saving environmental protection.In this paper, for the purpose of control the effect of pre-weakening of concrete, get the pre-weakening theoretical basis through the analysis of the basic principle for pre-weakening of concrete and the field strength distribution of the internal concrete: the field strength at the interface between two different material is the strongest, and the more difference of the relative dielectric constant of the two material, the field strength is stronger. Determine the impulse voltage generator species by classification, using the LTspice to simulate the output waveform of the impulse voltage generator, adjusting device parameter to get the needed output waveform, measuring the voltage waveform at the two ends of the 10cm*10cm*10cm concrete sample when the concrete was breakdown by the high voltage, observing the concrete sample, analyzing and calculating to get the current waveform and impedance waveform. The results show that the internal concrete formed the plasma channel, produced a shock wave and damaged the concrete. Set up a simple mathematical model, we can control the effect by adjusting the input voltage. |
