Pressure vessels are widely used in the machinery industry, textile, metallurgy, aerospace, power.such as liquefied gas storage tank, tank of car and chemical reactions such as reactor. Therefore, pressure vessels can result an a major accident and a serious threat to life and property because of the special working environment. So that, it very important to ensured the safety of pressure vessels this is critical to the long-term and effective operation of industrial equipment and life and property security. In order to ensure the quality of pressure vessel, it must be study about the performance of pressure vessel safety and other aspects of design and the deformation rate and the blasting performance and so on. So, studying the deformation and blasting performance of pressure vessel is very important.In this paper, by designed of the test device and use of computer data acquisition system and tdeformation measurement techniques test the residual deformation and blasting for household gas cylinders. It can be obtain the residual analysis method of pressure vessel, what’s more, the experimental methods of residual deformation and blasting testing methods can be built for gas cylinder,. At the same time, evaluated the burst pressure and the corresponding indicators. In this paper, a new method for the design of research methods and testing device for quality inspection of pressure vessel and and pressure vessel of the new material and new process and new structure can be provides.In this paper, the main characteristics and innovations is data characteristics of real-time in the use of computer acquisition and accuracy and visibility. It can be improve the test accuracy and simplify the operation steps.The Altai PCI2000 data acquisition card can be used as the core of the whole system, it connected to the test environment and real-time display software. By used of advanced Visual programming language visual Basic, realized the visualization of test process. Through used of a different set of sensors, this is successful completion of the pressure vessel integrity test and obtain to draw deformation and blasting test curve. It very easy to calculated the deformation rate of residual volume. With the development of digital technology and test method of gradually developed to direction of automation and accuracy and visualization, but the research and development of data acquisition has not been paid more and more attention in pressure vessel. So, this method has a good value of application and research.
