With the development of control theory, materials science, computer technology, power electronics technology and other disciplines, linear motor have be used in industrial production to a certain extent. Especially in the servo system which needs Actuator to move in the form of linear motion, there is a trend that linear motor replace rotary motor in future. However, there is no Intermediate transmission mechanism in Permanent Magnet Linear Motors Servo System, so the system is vulnerable to external disturbances and motor parameter perturbation. Advanced control strategies should be researched to make the system have superior performance. Around the stable, fast and robust characteristics, Permanent Magnet Linear Motors Servo System is researched. As follows:First of all, according to the structure and principles of permanent magnet linear synchronous motors, mathematical model of permanent magnet linear synchronous motors is established. Vector control technology are researched, the linear motor vector control system is established. The working disturbance of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor servo system is analyzed.Secondly, on the basis of studies of Sliding Mode Control Theory, the controller is designed. To eliminate the chattering of sliding mode controller in high frequency and combining the Robust Control Theory, Robust-sliding mode controller is designed. The system simulation model is established in Matlab/Simulink, and the simulation results prove that the designed controller has better rapidity, robustness and interference resistance.And then, the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor servo system is carried on the design of hardware and software. TMS320X2812, PC and intelligent driver module are selected as control chip, monitor, and motor driver, respectively. The main circuit diagram is designed by Altium Designer. Each module of the software is designed according to the rules of work timing system and DSP programming.Finally, Through experimental platform, designed servo system of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor is verified. Experiments show that the designed system has good performance.
