Automatic Identification System (AIS) is a modern radio system integrates vessel navigation, collision avoidance and maritime supervision, which plays an important role in the field of water transportation. With the development of AIS, the coverage, continuity and effectiveness of the vessel trajectory data have reached such a high level, that mining vessel traffic pattern by trajectory data-driven methods can be realized. Give the analysis and process of AIS data based on vessel trajectories, the mining of vessel motion model and the monitoring of vessel trajectory in a specific area by the rules generated by data mining. Design and realize the system based on the processing and analysis of AIS data, which provide the acquisition, analysis, structured storage of AIS data, trajectory pretreatment, trajectory analysis and trajectory knowledge.1. Give the extraction and structured storage solution of the massive AIS trajectory spatial data, including raw data decoding, projection transformation, geometric objects construction, integrated storage of spatial data and attribute data and feature extraction process of the original trajectories.Oifer a unified data solutions for spatial analysis and data mining of vessel trajectories.2. Realize the query of the vessel’s information and historical trajectories, also gives a space-based query solution of vessel trajectories, which through extract the feature of the original trajectories to establish the feature-trajectory database, and realizes the query of the spatial trajectories based on spatial data.3. Give the data mining analysis solution of spatial trajectories, which through the space-structured storage of the original vessel trajectories, the feature extraction and the dividing process of the trajectories to generate the feature trajectory set of a specific area, then use OPTICS algorithm and Hausdorff distance measurement method to achieve the feature cluster mining analysis of a specific area.4. To realize real-time location tracking, anomaly detection and analysis of vessels in the monitoring area, through the analysis of the real-time navigation data of the vessels, combined with the monitoring parameters threshold and trajectory rules of the monitoring area to identify the abnormal vessels and warning display.
