Only by ensuring good reliability of mechanical products can we guarantee the force of mechanical products competition in the international market, there are not only random problems, but also many fuzzy problems in engineering design. This will have to study the conventional reliability design theory and expand its application scope. Power driven rotary reducer is the key parts of hybrid excavator. Due to the wide rated torque of the motor and wide range of variation, the performance of the rotary reducer is especially high. Carried out the reliability analysis of the reducer, and providing more accurate technical support for the optimization and improvement of the hydraulic power drive and the rotary reducer. The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1) 3D modeling and finite element analysis; According to the basic parameters of the reducer, established the 3D solid model of the key parts of the rotary reducer by using the 3D drawing software UG, and carried out the assembly simulation. Doing the finite element analysis of the key parts by ANSYS, and verified the rationality of the reducer in the strength design.(2) Conventional reliability analysis; Established the general reliability calculation model of the planetary wheel system and the planetary wheel system.According to the results of basic parameters from the reducer, were substituted into 2different groups of data, specific calculation of power driven rotary reducer parts as well as the system of conventional reliability, analysis and calculation results.(3) Fuzzy reliability analysis; Described the fuzzy quantitatively by the membership function, and determined the membership function of the parts. The fuzzy reliability model of parts is derived and the fuzzy reliability model of parts is deduced. The fuzzy reliability of each part and the system of the reducer is calculated with the input data of the 2 groups, and the results are analyzed.(4) The fatigue test of the power driven rotary reducer; Determined the test plan,Install and removal the rotary reducer according to the test conditions. The accuracy of the reliability analysis method is verified by analyzing the test results of the reducer.
