There will cause the serious environmental pollution when to stacke the waste rubber and waste concrete. In addition,urban construction needs more and more aggregate,which cause the damage of ecological environment.So the re-use of waste rubber and waste concrete has drawn the government’s great attention.Funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China(51179064) and the Scientific and Technological Research Project of Science and Technology Department of Henan Province,the experiments were carried out based on the mix ratio of C35 plain concrete,the basic mechanical properties and the frost resistance of concrete effected by 10% rubber particle、40% recycled aggregates were studied with the different basalt fiber contents of 0、2kg/m3、4kg/m3.The paper analyzes what the performance of concrete influenced by the rubber particles, recycled aggregates and basalt fiber. What’s more,based on the stress-strain test,this paper studied the meso damage mechanism of RBC、RRBC under uniaxial compressive load,and made a research on the stress-strain relationship of basalt fiber rubber recycled concrete,and put forward a constitutive relationship model applied to BFRRBC,so as to improve the value of rubber recycled concrete and promote the recycling of waste rubber and construction waste.The main conclusions are as follows:(1) The results show that the mechanical properties of concrete made with the rubber particles and recycled aggregate is lower than without them,and the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,flexural strength and modulus of elasticity of rubber recycled concrete reduced by 27.1%,20.5%,19.5% and 17.6 % in turn.When basalt fiber was used by 4kg/m3, the splitting tensile strength and the flexural strength of rubber recycled concrete increased by 15.8% and 19.4%.(2) The frost resistance tests showed that the rubber particles can improve the frost resistance of concrete obviously,the recycled aggregates have adverse effects on the frost resistance,and basalt fibers have less affect.After 150 freeze-thaw cycles,the relative dynamic elastic modulus of plain concrete,recycled concrete,rubber concrete and rubber recycled concrete decreased to 87.2%,78.1%,94.6% and 88.5%.(3) Based on the rubber recycled concrete tress and strain test,this paper used the Bai Weifeng’s damage mechanism of concret to study the meso damage mechanism of RBC、RRBC under uniaxial compressive load,and analized the influence mechanism how the basalt fiber influence the performance of concrete;This paper used the Guo Zhenhai’s constitutive model to simulate the test cure,and established a stress- strain curve equation suitable for rubber recycled concrete.What’s more,the parameters gotten from the equation were analyzed, which are in good agreement with the experimental curve.(4)Here analyze the compressive strength effected by different aspect ratio when the cross-sectional area of the concrete is 100mm×100mm.When the aspect ratio is 3:1, the compressive strength and the cube compressive strength can be described by the relationship :cuc?779.0ff.
