At present, countries around the world to promote "green, low-carbon, environmental protection",but with the accelerating urbanization process in China, a lot of infrastructure in the concrete structure is still an integral part of economic development. In order to solve the outstanding problems in economic development, environmental pollution, resource shortages, energy waste, green high performance concrete as the concrete development direction, can effectively alleviate the above problems. Despite the high performance concrete has been used in many large-scale projects, but the green high performance concrete in relation with environmental protection, ecological conservation and sustainable development, further research is needed.Green high performance concrete research focus on the basic raw material with the perfect combination of performance on concrete, it is necessary not only to meet the work, functionality and durability requirements, but also to be done economically rational, cost savings, so mix design has become a complex system engineering. In response to these problems, we conducted the following studies:(1) This paper study the relationship between quality and performance parameters and concrete green high performance concrete raw materials for concrete mix ratio provides a theoretical basis for the design;(2) On the basis of the performance of raw materials and concrete grasp of the law, taking the definition of green high performance concrete as a reference to determine the ratio of the basic principles of high performance concrete mix design;(3) Using a direct search algorithm to solve the ability of the advantages of nonlinear programming problem, with the ratio of the actual engineering computing background, concrete cost as the objective function, the amount of raw materials and mixture parameters as constraints were Mix Design. Design results show that the same basic performance guarantee, based on the actual mix of great engineering optimization space.(4) Full play BP neural network processing capability, convergence speed, high prediction accuracy advantages of nonlinear problems in existing concrete mix and performance parameters for the training samples of concrete strength, electric flux and slump to predict and laboratory test with concrete performance data as validation results show that under the concrete mix not only meet the functional, working and durability requirements, and significant savings in raw material costs, to meet the performance requirements of high performance green concrete.
