Research On Traffic Organization And Scheduling Strategy Of Urban Railway System

With the accelerated development of city urbanization,city traffic has appeared increasingly grim situation.The congestion of the city road traffic has seriously influenced the development of city economy.According to the phenomena of city traffic chaos,Many foreign cities have adopted the rail transit in the city passenger traffic development model,but the domestic urban transit has not spread to every congested urban areas.A series of questions require to accelerate the development pace of urban rail transit,a study of urban rail transit can enrich and expand the operation organization and scheduling strategy of the urban rail transit,it also can provide theoretical basis for the development of urban rail transit.Basing on an actual road information of one city,the paper establishes the rail transit system of the city and studies the operation organization and scheduling strategy of the urban rail transit under the centralized control. Firstly,it plans the centralized control system and its subsystem of city track traffic scheduling.While designing the scheduling centralized control system in traffic organization of urban rail transit, it uses the java language,the tools of eclipse and SQL database,it also use the MVC(Model,View,Controller)three layers architecture model for reference.It generates the timetable and draws out train diagram.Secondly, this paper explains the detailed scheduling schemes of dispatching and controlling system after completing the whole centralized dispatching system,including how to command,how to carry on the different scheduling in different situation and to release different scheduling orders in order to ensure the safety organization of train operation.Finally, the paper tests the performance of the system and perfects it after completing the whole dispatching centralized control system.This part mainly improves the reality improvement of the system,containing artificial report,messaging terminal of the main track and the vehicle,searching the history of running train.Among them,the artificial report stores the history message of running train in the database,the searching history of running train can query the message form database.The message sending terminal can realize the real time communication between the control system and the main track as well as the vehicle.Through studying the framework of the scheduling system,the system realizes the requirements of the traffic organization and can schedule.It can not only control the running train,but also can maintain the necessary information of operation organization in real time,the communication technology can pass the message out in real time to ensure the correct display of switch and signal and the safety of running train under normal circumstances.In abnormal situations,it can control in real time and pass the scheduling command to ensure the train operate with the plan and improve the of the city rail transit.
