| With the rapid development of the port logistics and the information technology, the port storage yard information management has already caused the people’s high attention around the world. Because of its peculiarities, the bulk cargo information management still stays in the low level. Since the yard operation process is too complex, the traditional weighing method of bulk cargo cannot meet the rapidly growing demand. Therefore, the way to improve the information level of port bulk management and simplify the yard operation has a very important research value and practical significance. For the above reasons, the research results are as follows:The main problems of the port storage yard bulk cargo management at this stage are analyzed by researching the practical situation of Ying Kou Port cargo business in this paper, the port terminal logistics information system functional model is established which based on the basic theory of information technology and port logistics, and the existing business processes are optimized too. The business process is simplified and the yard work efficiency is improved by leading RFID technology and other information technology into information technology program of port yard management.In order to make better use of the yard resources of bulk terminal, this paper combines with the coal terminal yard management features, and the rule-based reasoning are used to establish the yard allocation strategy for coal terminal. The effective yard allocation strategy is provided for coal terminal by dividing the area can be allocated, choosing best region and matching equipment and yard. It is shown by Matlab simulation that the utilization on the yard is improved in this paper.For the problem of yard bulk cargo measurement, a method for volume measurement of coal heap based on binocular stereo vision is presented so that the inventory of bulk cargo storage yard can be reflected by the volume change of coal heap. Collect the image of coal heap after regular pretreatment using camera andcalculate the coal bulk volume through stereo calibration, stereo matching, 3D reconstruction and volume calculation. And the method for volume measurement of small coal heap is conducive to the realization of visual management, also, the method is simple and low cost which can be extended to other bulk cargo yard management.In summary, problems of port yard management are analyzed and information technology method is proposed in order to solve these problems in this paper. The verification analysis shows that contents of this paper is a good method to increase the information level of port cargo management, optimize yard processes, which have important theory and practice significance for the transition and development of port enterprises. |
