SZ series vacuum pumps are used in various fields, which have a direct impact on theperformance parameters of the pump operation. The faults of vacuum pump rate areincreasing in recent years, which seriously affect the development of national industry andthe pump technology, in order to solve the fault, researchers have carried out a largenumber of experimental studies, through continuous optimization design we can find outeffectively measures to improve pump performance parameters. Nowadays, more and morepump faults are no longer effective to avoid. Analysis of common accidents in this papermainly studies the SZ series vacuum pump and focuses on the main faults, through thegeneral situation of the development of domestic and foreign research, basis on theprevious studies, the method of research on the spindle breakdown, the resonance problemof the vibration theory of the vacuum pump, which can effectively solve the problem ofvacuum pump shaft fracture faults.This paper mainly aims at the analysis of the common accidents about SZ seriesvacuum pump shaft broken accident, it focuses on the overview of research in domestic orabroad, the development of the vacuum pump,through the massive literature, we can findthat previous methods of broken shaft fault,there is seldom people who can study from thevibration direction of fault analysis, this paper use the broken shaft vibration theory of thevacuum pump. The research method can greatly reduce the accident rate of broken shaftvacuum pump.From the working principle of vacuum pump to reduce the vibration analysis,vibration of spindle is the main analysis of the spindle vibration characteristics, in order toreduce the effect of various parameters on the vibration of the spindle, the spindle multipleunbalanced stress conditions, are more prone to resonance phenomenon. The spindle issimplified model, a force applied in different position and size of the spindle, and theestablishment of mathematical model, and the analysis of the mathematical model, adjustthe relevant parameters can adjust the vibration amplitude, the use of parameteroptimization of vibration system in optimization design technology, the establishment ofthe model for finite element analysis to obtain the spindle intuitive allows different place ofcrack damage when the force.With the vibration theory to analysis the vacuum pump shaft broken accident,analysis,research of the analysis method is also applicable to other accidents. Focus on theSZ series vacuum pump because of the broken shaft problem was caused by vibration, thevibration theory to investigate the dynamic characteristics of the spindle system, theestablishment of the relationship between the relevant parameters, the vacuum pump statorcurve and axial clearance optimization design, in order to reduce the pressure for waterring vibration,which caused by unbalance in different positions. to avoid the maximumspindle allow the fatigue failure,it needs the finite element analysis of the spindle.
