In the social background of vigorous energy conservation promotion and development of clean energy and renewable energy, stick to Green Harmony road of sustainable development, Distributed power has been getting more and more attention due to its great features, such as environmental compatibility, reduce energy consumption, installation flexibility and save investment. The way of Knot each other and complement each other by Distributed generation and large power grid for Power supply has been recognized the main development direction of the electric power industry in the 21st century. However, the problem for distributed power system access to the main power system is that it will have an impact on the voltage distribution, power loss and so on. In order to ensure that after distributed power access to the main power system, the main power system can keep running environmentally friendly, reliable, safe, economically. In conclusion, it is particularly important to scientific optimize distributed power distribution network system, to chose a reasonable location and capacity for the access of distributed power.Firstly, the paper using MATLAB/SIMULINK to build a photovoltaic array simulation model which with wind energy utilization factor. It analyzes the access locations and capacity Combined with real experimental results of different distributed power, as well as the impact on the grid and grid voltage distribution network loss; Secondly,the paper gives the analysis of the process of developing distributed generation running on the ecological environment positive, negative impact; To energy conservation, wind and sand affect land value, noise pollution and other factors as the focus,we the establishment the environmental benefits model of a distributed generation, and we focus on a photovoltaic plant in Ningxia, to calculate the environmental benefits of the PV power plant is approximately 0.09886 yuan/kW·h;In consideration of the environmental benefits of distributed generation cost model, the introduction of distributed generation emissions targets, distributed Generation of energy efficiency indicators, environmental improvement rate index, the performance of distributed generation superior environmental protection; distributed generation in power costs into account environmental costs, established to consider the environmental costs of distributed generation cost model; and finally to a thermal power plant for example, calculated the environmental costs per unit of electricity power generation and other types of distributed power generation costs and environmental costs into account after the unit of electricity. Finaly, Established to consider the environmental benefits of distributed power generation costs、electric power lines with active power loss expenses and distributed power for the target of a mathematical model, the objective function, power constraints, voltage constraints, capacity constraints constitute Distributed Power Optimization Model. The paper introduces The principle of particle swarm optimization algorithm, and apply this algorithm with inertia weight to Optimized configuration of DG. what’s more, the paper gives the Detailed steps of iterative computation.We have applied the Optimized Configuration model of distributed power to IEEE33 node distribution systems, we have simulated the model with inertia weight PSO method and trend forward and backward method and we have obtained the Optimized location and capacity of distributed power. Numerical results show that in distribution network a reasonable Optimized allocation of distributed power not only can effectively reduce the active power loss of wire line, improving grid voltage but also reduce system operating costs, it reflects the superior environmental benefits by DG. The the convergence curve of simulated results also show that applied the inertia weight with PSO algorithm to how to optimize the allocation of distributed power has a good convergence.
