The swivel construction method has its unique superiority in the bridge construction when across the busy traffic line. In recent years the swivel construction method has been widely applied, this method develops toward apply to the bridge with more large span, greater body weight and more complex structures. In order to ensure quality and safety of the bridge construction, it is necessary to process monitoring and control in the more span, more complex structure bridge’s construction.This paper is against the background of Tianjiazhuang flyover of Xibaipo highway, through theoretical analysis and construction monitoring, control of the construction process, to provide the evidence for the process of bridge construction safety, structure linear and optimizing of the internal force.This paper use finite element software Midas Civil 2010 to establish the bridge model, according to the design and actual construction sequence to simulate construction process. The whole bridge analysis mainly analys the changes of girder’s deformation and stress at key construction phase(such as prestressed steel bar tension, off the frame, swivel and closure construction), to summarize the regular of structure’s internal forces and linear variation in the construction process. This paper uses detail finite element analysis software Midas FEA to analysis spatial stress of the bridge’s root segments and swivel system and to summarize the distribution of stress about the root segments of the bridge whith complex internal forces. Analysis and research the stress distribution about piers, turntable, ball joints, caps and other structures in the rotation construction stage.According to the principle, method of construction monitoring and construction stages to determine the monitoring content, this paper mainly collects the date of beam before and after prestressed reinforcement, removal of the full fram, swivel and closure construction. Through comprehensive analysis and compared with the theoretical value, to determine the state of internal force and deformation of the bridge structure in different construction stages, and as a theoretical basis for further adjustment of the construction process. In order to ensure the bridge structure’s safety and stability in the rotation process, weighing test must be done before rotation. This test can test the imbalance torque of the T-shape rigid frame. According to the test results, to make reasonable arrangement of counterweight for T girder structure’s balance. Through this method, the T-shape rigid frame will be in a reasonable state in swivel process.
