With the rapid development of traffic engineering construction of China’s railway, highway, the number of railway and highway tunnel climbed quickly. But already running tunnel has revealed more or less disease,and cavity of behind the lining is one of the most common phenomenon in the tunnel diseases. This article main research on the response law of ground shaking force of the completion of the tunnel which have a lot of holes behind the lining, at the same time considering the mountain tunnel in earthquake-prone areas. In turn, reinforce the research on tunnel.First of all, the article research on the effect of the empty position behind the lining, radial size, ring to the size and axial size, level of surrounding rock, tunnel buried depth and other parameters to the seismic dynamic response of tunnel lining structure.In the process of the acceleration response, stress response, the internal force response to reflect the effect of hole to the tunnel’s earthquake seismic dynamic response.Secondly, Sensitivity analysis was carried out on all the influence factors, and contrast the greatest influence on tunnel lining structure factors.Finally, to reinforcement for contain empty tunnel. In this paper, designed four kinds of reinforcement scheme, including Grouting reinforcement, Grouting and anchor reinforcement, Grouting and lining reinforcement, Grouting and anchor and lining reinforcement. Comparing four kinds of reinforcement scheme, in turn, to select the optimal strengthening scheme.
