On the basic of the status that China still lack of practical seismic analysis of quo subway structure, the analysis of current research and design methods of underground seismic structure of the subway was used to the most basic single-span structure by collecting 57 group of 130 seismic records by using large-scale finite element software ANSYS subway station established on the soil- structure interaction of many factors model, analyzing the elements that have an impact on the natural frequency of the structure probably and discussing in detail variation subway station structure, and on the final formula that contains natural frequency of the structure weight, stiffness and structural parameters including height was fitted.The study about the dynamic characteristics of the soil at the site under the earthquake was discussed, and the analysis showed that when the free space by horizontal earthquake, soil showed its dynamic characteristics, especially the level of absolute acceleration amplitude,will be covered with soil thickness of increased nonlinear change occurs, which within a certain depth acceleration amplitude changes in limited range. But onec the depth beyond the certain depth, the seismic acceleration by attenuation of its soil will gradually becoming more apparent.The procedure that the record calculated into the acceleration response spectrum was programmed by using MATLAB. On the basic of analyzing the characteristics and changes of the spectrum under the constant damping ratio reaction conditions, the detail of the nonlinear damping characteristics than the response spectrum under the conditions found that the main factors affect the response spectra including structural depth, fortification, structural damping ratio and frequency characteristics of the earthquake. Finally, response spectrum recommendations under each single type of seismic environmental conditions optimal solution was got, and multi-factor formula by genetic algorithms was corrected,which was recommend formula used to calculate the seismic Nanjing subway station, and compared with the current seismic code calculation results,which showed that seismic calculation formula was recommended in this paper either horizontal displacement amplitude or the horizontal seismic force bigger than specification.The result showed that this proposal style subway station are more standardized partial safety when the seismic design and calculation of structures.
