The Measure And Control System With Pattern Recognition Of Multi Load

Based on‘ multi load pattern recognition and safe use of electricity’ of Shijiazhuang technology bureau, targeted at place with concentration of population like dormitory and office, it is using load pattern recognition to keep safe of using electricity, at the same time measure and statistics the electricity. For a long time, places with concentration of population like dormitories and offices are the high-prone areas of fire, the reason of which is almost attributed to abuse electricity. Once the fire happens, serious casualties and huge property loss. At the meantime, these places have lagged management pattern of electricity, statistics of electricity strain and waste time. Nowadays intelligence progresses so fast, it’s time to upgrade this system to be more intelligent and standardized.In order to achieve accurate and efficient electricity statistics with multi-load pattern recognition, the paper designs a hardware core with TMS320F2812 of DSP, using fast fourier transformuse to work out eigenvalues of each harmonic, using core identificate algorithm of complex matrices to achieve multi-load pattern recognition measure and control electricity. Collected huge data of consume electricity, simulated and calculated these data in the lab. This system’s main frame is to control system of microcontroller, gateway data collect system and PC monitor system. The main control system is used to collect voltage and current signal,process,and calculate them and control the connection or disconnection of electricity. Gateway data collect system is used to deliver data to monitor PC. The PC monitor system includes building database, network and interface of administrator.As a server, PC saves data in the database, administrator check the software in PC to monitor user’s connection or disconnection of electricity, realtime power, load species and accumulative electricity. At the same time, PC is designed with a function of pay online.Tested in the lab, the measure and control system with pattern recognise of multi-load can accuratly recognise load species and state of connection or disconnection of electricity, realtime power and calculate accumulated electricity deviation is allowed. It can improve the safety situation of electric of the place with concentration of population like dormitories and offices effectively and make statistics electricity more conveniently.
