With the rapid development of the bridge engineering in our country,prestressed concrete structure has been widely used in engineering construction.In the process of dropping post-tensioned pore pressure,there are voids in the pipeline due to the grouting technology,grouting material,and human carelessness,which will decrease the durability and load-carrying capacity of concrete bridges badly.In order to ensure the quality of grouting prestressed concrete bridge, we must detect and dispose grouting voids. So it is very inportant to the testing technology of grouting compactness. In this paper,a series of in-depth theoretical researches and practical detection on grouting technology are carried out.The discriminant standard has been proposed about Impact-Echo Method. The main work has been completed as follows:(1)The current situation on the testing technology is expounded.I have summarized the existing testing methods and problems on the subject.Thereafter,I introduce the methods and principles of nondestructive testing technology in detail.(2)The basic principles of the Impact-Echo Method are studied.Then,the ev aluation method of grouting is introduced in the paper.(3)Based on Impact-Echo Method,some comparisons are made about empty pipeline and grouting pipeline.Through the qualitative method and the positioning method,the compactness of the grouting with the precast beams of Hutuo River Bridge is detected. At last,evaluations about the quality of grouting are made.
