Landscape Planning And Design Research Of Chang Feng Waterfront Park In Cang Zhou

In recent years, as the increasingly severe water ecological environment problems as well as the fast expanding of cities in our country, the riverway loses its original appearance. In addition, revetments become hard and steep, and fencings become cold and losing humanization, as well as the development of our Waterfront landscape is relative too late. Therefore, how to establish a high qualified and modern Waterfront landscape is a very important problem for us.Cangzhou’s Chang Feng Waterfront Park is located in Hebei province and nears the local government of Cangzhou, and total site area is 99 thousands square meters. The paper aims to providing a scheme related to Cangzhou’s Chang Feng Waterfront Park based on exploring the principle of designing Waterfront landscape and many outstanding cases, as well as considering the specific features this park.In this paper, the first part is to deal with how to use the land of Cangzhou’s Chang Feng Waterfront Park. Two kinds of site should be focused, the Waterfront field and the living space. The former one is Waterfront field, in this area, the consideration should be given to using different ways to restore the ecological water system and designing and setting the specific area for residents to feeling to river even touch the water. In terms of living space, it is should be mentioned that different types of people living or working near the Park, for example, the buildings near the Parks includes government of Cang zhou, some residential buildings and kindergartens, and needs are various with different type of people, the designer of this kind of space should consider the mentioned factor to design the park. In this scheme, for satisfying different people’s needs, the park will set a specific area as senior center and some fitness equipment may be placed in this area and the part will also set children play space. The last aspect of the design is focusing on regional features. The scheme of will embed the local folk culture in the whole design, as the most users of the park is local people, the detailed designing of the park is also consider some local needs.Moreover, in relation to the creative design aspect, as the land for the establishing the park is waterfront and long and narrow, the part will adopted a kind of compact and steamy line for the whole design. For this reason, the starting point of the whole design is the "sea wave" and "genuine pearl", which also discloses art idea. Furthermore, the integral design for the park aims to leave people with the image of the park with leisure function is a landscape with compact and cultural imagination.
