| Some low temperature areas in our country, for methods used in the anti-seepage of canal is using common concrete lining canal. but there are serious of frost damage problems, such as uplift, shift, dislocation and degeneration spalling damage, and so on. This intangible increase the fees of repair and management canal every year, so how to develop new anti-seepage and anti-freeze material that improve the canal water utilization coefficient is very important. Pumice resource is rich in our country, its characteristic is fragile, moderate hardness, water absorption, heat preservation and heat insulation performance is good, high intensity, acid and alkali, corrosion resistance, and no pollution, no radiation and so on, on the other hand the pumice is cheap, canal lining in lightweight aggregate concrete can reduce the cost, in order to study the anti-freeze behavior of lightweight aggregate concrete lining canal, so as to put forward more suitable in hetao irrigation canal lining of new materials. In this paper, the work is as follows:(1) In hetao irrigation area,setting up three different schemes of ditches lining canals, through a lot of field observation about ground temperature in the whole period of different schemes, and the data were analyzed and compared. it is concluded that lightweight aggregate concrete canal than ordinary concrete temperature increased by 2.5 ℃, the canal of ordinary concrete frost heave slope, the largest amount of slope, the smallest canal bottom somewhere in between, on February 21, attain to the maximum amount of frost heaving, slope to 5.9 mm, the bottom of the canal is 4.8 mm,4.0 mm slope, however, lightweight aggregate concrete canal basic frost heave did not happen.(2) According to the laws of the canal of frost heaving damage, by assumption and simplify the analysis, the calculation of trapezoidal concrete lining canal model is set up. it is concluded that the canal slope plate and the canal bottom of frost heave force calculation formula, trying to draw its. draw a trapezoidal concrete lining canal slope plate is the most easy to damage location from the canal bottom 1/3.(3) Lightweight aggregate using finite element software ANSYS lining canal frost heaving process in hot-structure coupling numerical simulation analysis, bycomparing the lightweight aggregate concrete and ordinary concrete lining canal temperature field, displacement field and stress field, it is concluded that the temperature field and displacement field in 0~500 mm, simulated temperature value and the measured temperature value, alignment is good, but in 500~1000 mm. simulated values and measured error is more and more big. but look from the whole trend, the simulation results with the measured results are basicallv consistent. |
