| In order to realize running status online monitoring of the large scale wind turbine increasing gear, this paper formulated the system overall plan, set up a multi-channel synchronous online acquisition condition monitoring hardware platform. This paper using virtual software compiled the main interface, the program is divided into several modules, and can realize the growth machine vibration, noise and temperature signal acquisition, real-time display, alarm, online analysis, data storage, data playback and generate reports. In this paper, the vibration signals are analyzed in filtering processing, the time domain, frequency domain analysis and time-frequency domain analysis. the noise signals are analyzed in filtering processing, the time domain, frequency domain analysis and octave analysis. In this paper, the temperature signals are analyzed in time domain.Database is established for acquisition of signal, this paper chose the LabVIEW software as a development tool. Simulated test in this paper, the whole data monitoring system, the results show that its online monitoring system can realize the monitoring of large wind turbines growth machine running status, has reached the requirement of users. |
