| In recent years, the cantilever construction method is used to build long-span concrete continuous girder bridge by the most construction units. Cantilever construction method has the advantages particularly, and attracts people attention.Each segment of the cantilever construction of pre-stressed continuous beam bridge has to go through cradle moving, template elevation adjustments, pouring concrete,pre-stressed steel and other processes. In order to complete such a complex process successfully, small error does not be allowed for every step.In this paper, the Shuiyatian Bridge is regarded as engineering background.According to the characteristics of this bridge, the 0# and the cradlet are modeled through the numerical analysis software. By analyzing the conditions,determine the most unfavorable state by force, and in the most unfavorable condition, checking its strength, rigidity and stability for ensuring the construction of the security. In addition,develop a detailed and workable linear control scheme. In the linear control implementation process, use the least squares method to estimate the concrete density of this important paramete, reducing the error parameter inaccuracies.Secondly, ansys how the main parameters involved in the construction process influence the degree of deflection quantitatively.
