| With the rapid development of the national economy, the traffic construction has entered a new stage of rapid development, the railway and highway construction needs to traverse a large number of tunnel.The tunnel construction often occurs the collapse of surrounding rock deformation, water gushing, gas explosion and other serious geological disasters which causes heavy casualties and property losses.The usual solution is to adopt advanced drilling rig,geological forecast.Electric control system is an important part of drilling rig, so the research on electronic control system of multifunctional drill rig has great importance to improve the automation level and ensure the safety of construction.The study mainly designs the multifunctional drill throttle control circuit, power supply circuit, the starting circuit, the control circuit, the safety protection circuit, the hydraulic lock circuit, the preheating circuit, the control circuit of the water pump and the remote control circuit, and focus on the throttle control circuit.The study analyses the structure and working principle of multifunctional drilling machine throttle system, establishes a mathematical model for control system, and conducts a simulation study which the results show that the system is stable, but it has existence of oscillations, the overshoot and steady-state error, so the system needs control strategy research.First of all, the study uses the classic PID control algorithm, eliminates the steady-state error of the system after the PID parameter tuning, shortens the adjustment time, but the system still has the overshoot,so it can not meet the requirement of stable operation under different working conditions of the system, and then putting forward the strategy of fuzzy control.The study designs the fuzzy PID controller, analysis the system input signal response curves which under step and square wave, and the system is optimized.The digital simulation shows that the fuzzy PID controller which can realize the online parameter adjustment is better than the classical PID controller,meeting the design requirements.Design the PLC as the core of the hardware control circuit, sensorcircuit and related interface circuit, making the preparation of the system control software program and touch screen program, and the program flow charts are given.To build a throttle control experimental system,running,debugging and optimizing the system programs in the software and the experimental environment,completing the experimental task design.The simulation and part of the experiment prove that the design of the throttle portion of the electronic control system has reliable performance, stable running, and can be applied in electric control system of oil drilling rig. |
