Based on the super large bridge strided over railway in Ningqi project, Construction technology of the bridge strided over Xinchang railway was studied. Because of longitudinal gradient and railway safety clearance, the bridge had to be embed in bent cap. This type of structure is new and original, there is no construction experience in china.The superstructure of this bridge was special and large-spanned. The construction process and the normal operation of existing lines must be ensured during construction. Construction safety risk was very big. In this paper, by comparing five kinds of construction schemes scientifically, we ultimately determined the use of two-route instead of three-route cross line, which can increase the rail way to optimize the construction.At the same time, through the modeling analysis and calculation, the drilling pile foundation, steel pipe column, H-beam steel tube column and bailey beam girder of a long-span composite support system, were confirmed, which well solved the problem of both the erection of long-span bracket above the terminal line of operating. The design of this support system is reasonable. All connections are rigid. The structure rigidity, high strength and integrity are very good.In terms of safety, according to the characteristics of the construction technology, H-beam longitudinal beam spread the wood, bamboo veneer and other security measures are put forward in this paper, which are good for the operating line protection. Both the train operation safety and the personal safety can be guaranteed.Through the study and implementation of the project, provides experience for the similar construction, and also has a very good guidance for similar projectsin the future.
