Based on the two-phase medium wave propagation theory, ignoring the compressibility of soild skeleton, considering the inertia force of the solid and the liquid, and the compressibility of a function between the solid and the liquid, and the compressibility of the liquid in allusion to the character of saturated soils. Tansforming to the nondimensionnal form, with the help of Hankel transformation technology, the equation turn into a set of dual integral equations which can describe the mixed boundary value condition, and then converted into the second type of Fredholm integral equation which is easy to be solved.By comparing the dynamic compliance coefficient in solution of dimensionless frequency curves under various parameters to get some conclusions, and discuss the overlying single phase saturation of soil foundation. In this paper, some examples are discussed in the numerical calculation, respectively discusses the foundation and saturated single-phase soil layer overlying the dynamic response of a rigid circular plate on two kinds of situations. In terms of numerical calculation, using the Matlab and Mathematica software for two kinds of situations to be simulated. Use Mathematica numerical software, using the original parallel algorithm to deal with this kind of the second kind Fredholm integral equation, obtaining the changing curve of the dynamic compliance coefficients, induces the dynamic compliance coefficient changes with various characteristics of the soil properties, greatly reducing the computation time. Single-phase elastic soil permeability coefficient and the thickness of the factors both have different degrees ofinfluence on dynamic coefficient of permeability, thickness of soil layer on the influence of dynamic response in low frequency band is not obvious.
