In addition, as soil compacting pile, Jacked pile is likely to unfavorable affect the surrounding environmentBy the study, summarizing the methods and results of previous studies, the following work will be performanced in this paper:1.Developed on the basis of the original piling instrument new piling Instrument, the piling device through the servo control system, also has to achieve constant force load( the maximum rated load the force 30KN) and uniform slow to load(the most low-voltage the pile speed of 0.001mm/s),Besides it can move in different place in the bearing sand box so as to appaly the pressure into the pile test,provides a good experimental conditions for the model experiment.2.Using miniature earth pressure cell for measuring technology, we develop a kind of embedded micro earth pressure cells and other force sensor for model pile. And with the designing of earth pressure cell calibration box,making a series of earth pressure calibration tests, it is concluded that more accurate and reliable sensitivity coefficient of earth pressure box, for earth pressure box used in model test conditions accurately.3.A sand deposition equipment was developed, equipment can prepare the sand layer uniformly and repeatably, relation between sand relative density and control parameters was established.4.To strain measurement technology means the entire measure and record the pile of homemade model the stress variation in the sand pile driving process, respectively, with the mechanics of materials and means of numerical analysis, discusses the process of pile driving piles around-pressure and skin friction variation.
