As the basic source of power electronic devices power is developing and improving continuously, to meet the development trends of IC chips of voltage is getting lower and lower, current more and more high, low loss, high efficiency, and high power density, the research of high performance green switch power supply has become a trend.Based on the actual design, designed a 48 V input, 1.2/200 A output of two transformers, through the "active clamp forward + multiphase interleaved Buck" circuit topology, combined with synchronous rectification technology and soft-switching technology. The converter achieve a desired thermal stress, high power density, high efficiency, fast dynamic response, etc., solving the single-stage active forward converter bottlenecks.Article detailed design the main circuit, control circuit and driver circuit, the parameters and required of each circuit chip and component have been made detailed calculations and optimization. By optimizing the design of high-frequency transformer and synchronous rectifier circuit, reducing the incurred losses of synchronous rectifier and transformer effectively; the efficiency of the converter was improved effectively. By using Saber and MATLAB software for circuit simulation analysis, through waveform results verify the feasibility of the design scheme. The converter achieves low loss, high efficiency, high power density, low ripple, etc.The simulation results analysis shows that the power efficiency was more than 85%, the ripple coefficient of output voltage and output current were less than 0.2%, and the required performance to the power supply was met.
