With the development of technology and the speeding up of urbanization, water quality deterioration of surface water problem is increasingly serious. At present the conventional water purification process can not meet the requirement for water quality. As a kind of high adsorbent and biological carrier, activated carbon technology has been widely used in water treatment field. In this paper, based on the characteristics of water quality of taihu, according to pre-ozonization-coagulation- Sand filters-activated carbon combined technology to study the technology for the removal of organic matter in raw water, to explore the organic pollution of water quality and source.Experiments for the nine months of monitoring of taihu lake raw water, raw water organic pollution degree is not high as a whole. Eight months water quality achieve to surface water environment quality standardⅡ.Mainly in raw water with low levels of humification of medium and small molecule organic matter. Small molecular weigh most, medium molecular weight times, high weight molecular least. Due to the influence of production and living sewage, raw water in the three dimensional fluorescence spectra is given priority to with fluorescent protein, humic acid type fluorescent content is low, but the composition is variety and complicated. During the experiment, the winter is affected by strong winds, resulting in the lake sediment resuspension, organic index is generally high than summer.Pre-ozone-coagulation-sand filter technology has certain effect of removing organic matter in raw water.Turbidity removal rate is best, UV254 and CODMn removal rate medium, TOC removal rate lowest.The average removal rate of 24.2%, 37.1%, 23.9% and 37.1% respectively.The process didn’t remove AOC in raw water. Molecular weight distribution in 3 ~ 15 kda of hydrophobic organic compounds in organic matter removal efficiency is better than that of hydrophilic organic matter;Molecular weight 0.5 ~ 3 kda not only to remove organic matter increased instead.Through the three dimensional fluorescence spectra analysis, pre-ozone-coagulation-sand filter technology to the humic type organic matter removal is litter, On the whole in fluorescent organic matter removal effect is limited.In the experiment of pre-ozonization-coagulation- Sand filters-activated carbon combined technology treat with taihu raw water, the average removal rate of turbidity, CODMn, UV254 and TOC is 91.4%, 57.8%, 91.4% and 57.8% respectively. Compared with the sand filter, activated carbon for raw water turbidity, CODMn, UV254 and TOC removal rate increased by 1.7%, 33.6%, 42.0% and 33.6%.The process of AOC average removal rate is 22.4%, it improves the removal rate of 24.7% than sand filter. One is better than that of AOC-NOX removal rate of AOC-P17. In terms of molecular weight distribution, pre-ozonization-coagulation-sand filters-activated carbon combined technology have best removal effect in 0.5K ~ 3kDa molecular weight of organic matter, organic matter removal effect is better than that of hydrophilic to hydrophobic organic matter.Through the three dimensional fluorescence spectra analysis, the fluorescence peak intensity and scope has declined obviously, pre- coagulation- sand filter- activated carbon process has good removal effect of organic matter, protein organic matter removal is greater than the humic type organic matter in the fluorescent organic matter.
