| The rapid development of the economic globalization will lead to the increase of the supply of goods such as the manufactured materials which are suitable for container transport. The dominant position of the shipping will still be irreplaceable for other mode of transportation. In order to supply better ship navigation service, traffic organization service, effectively supervise the vessel’s movement, reduce maritime traffic accidents, VTS system is widely used in the maritime departments. But now, our country’s VTS relies heavily on import, market and technology almost was monopolized by foreign manufacturers such as SIGNALIS of French, so it is necessary to develop a complete set of VTS system with proprietary intellectual property rights.Normally, the target ship should associate with its static information which is received from the AIS including the name, the draught etc. But for the Yangtze River, because of the complex inland water traffic environment, and the port which has large amount of traffic transportation, the wrong data correlation phenomenon often occurs in the imported VTS7760ã€VTS9770and SYTAR of SIGNALIS.In order to break the monopolized positon of the foreign manufacturers and develop a complete set of domestic VTS with proprietary intellectual property rights. This paper carried on the research in the aspect of multisource information fusion to apply to the domestic research and development of VTS. The thesis proposed to segment the monitoring area and adoptted the block association strategy. Using the improved multifactor fuzzy comprehensive track fusion algorithm to realize the track fusion of AIS and Radar in the whole monitoring area. The algorithm uses the kalman filter to reduce the noise jamming and forecast the target’s best state vector at the nest moment on the premise that the target tracking has been realized, then uses the Z-membership function in fuzzy mathematics for membership degree’s calculation of the radar and AIS information. For verifying the algorithm’s reliable effectiveness, the paper give a simulation by MATLAB and the resoult of the simulation.For the track fusion in radar intersection area, the paper compared the weighted average fusion with the cross covariance fusion algorithm and comed up with kalPDA algorithm combining with kalman filtering and PDA algorithm. The thesis finally put forward some expanding applications to improve the practicability of the domestic VTS. |
