The Research And Design Of Access Management System Of AIS Terminal Equipment

AIS terminal equipment installed in the ship is used to implement the communication between ship and ship, thus to achieve ship collision avoidance and ship navigation safety as purpose. At the same time, it can realize the communication between ship and basic station, in order to realize the information collection and the management of ships. In the process of terminal access in the system, the access management is necessary in real-time. Therefore, to manage and set the access parameters according to some international standards, and to control the operation of the devices correctly and orderly in the practical work is an important part of the research and implementation of AIS terminal equipment. This paper is the research of this subject, researching the AIS terminal data access management method, designing and realizing the access management system.In this paper, a hardware test platform is set up with an ARM7chip for the core processor, compatibles to a self-developed FPGA chip. With Keil under Windows system for software development platform, the program is designed based on C language, to realize these access parameters of the AIS ship station and data access management.The access management system of AIS terminal equipment includes receiving channel, timeslot state, and assigning information. This research designs more simple and effective management methods according to some rules, so as to realize the access management of the whole terminal equipment. Through building the array of channel management, the system realizes the management of time-slot. Through building time-slot list, defining the time-slot status, dividing the type of time-slot take up, the system realizes the management of channel. Through defining a global variable to control assignment switching, the system realizes the management of assignment.This research is a part of the National support project of China "The New AIS Ship Autonomous Navigation System with High Performance (No.2012BAH36B01). The contents make a more real-time and effective method to AIS data access management system.
