A Case Study Of Project Management About Aero-Space Scientific Building Design

With the rapid development of modernization in the background of reform and open, there are various kinds of subjects of rights in wider areas. Project management is the most efficient method to optimize resources allocation, reduce the cost and boost productivity. Especially in the prospect of make overall plans to take all factors into consideration to realize scientific development view. This thesis starting from the concept of project management and the background of architectural design, study the project "space scientific research building design" by China aerospace construction design institute, analyses the performance of the three target of one project by using the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process, then the author put forward some optimal design about project progress management, project human resource management and project quality management. This thesis studies project management of architecture design, in order to raise the project management level and profitability, as well as avoid operation risks of this industry.The thesis spreads out its discussion from the following aspects. Chapter one briefly introduced the background and theoretical meaning of this thesis, the latest development of this theory at home and abroad is reviewed as well; chapter two gives a comprehensive introduction about project management from its process and details, then the thesis summaries the benefit of using project management in the area of architecture design; chapter three using the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process and comparative analyses to study the quality and resource allocation of the concrete project "space scientific research building design"; chapter four starts by discovering problems and exploring causes, ends by put forward series of optimum proposals about architecture design project management of China aerospace construction design institute; the last chapter presents main results and conclusions of this thesis, and the author setting out his vision for the application of the theory project management in the industry architecture design.In a word, the research into project management in the field of architecture design provides a valuable guide to the efficient implementation of project management, worthy as well by give a reference to complete the theory.
