Numerical Simulation Of The Sitting Human That Based On The Hand Grip

Scholars from all over the world are spending more and more attention in the research of the bus design for crash safety,because the bus traffic accidents account for a large proportion of all the traffic accidents.The bus traffic accidents can be reconstructed by computer simulation technology.The main reason of the harm to human body can be found by combining the process of bus secondary collision with the mechanism of human injury.Based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign research on the bus collision simulation, we can find that the hand grip is ignored in the crash simulation.If the dummy’s hand is placed in the free state,the final collision simulation results will not accurately reflect the damage of the human body.Therefore,the main research of this paper include:This study uses the method of finite element modeling to establish a human upper limb model which can reflect the human upper limbs grasp.The upper limb is assembled with the Hybrid III rigid-body dummies to build complete combined numerical simulation dummies.The combined simulation dummies can accurately reflect the hand grip and meet the basic requirements for crash simulation.The crash simulation will be more realistic.This paper try to study the size of hand grip in the human biomechanics and analyze the size of human hand grip in the crash simulation.In order to meet the requirements of the hand grip in the simulation,the hand parameter settings based on the numerical dummy model can be adjusted.Based on the actual simulation,this paper the rigid bodies and finite element modeling approach to build body—bus models of the coupled system.The coupled system is done a series of simulation experiments in head and end collision.The results of these experiments are used to contrast the role of the hand grip in the crash,explore the human head,neck and chest injuries,analyze the hand grip played the role in the crash simulation.At last,we can provide a theoretical basis and reference value for the other crash simulation.
