With traffic engineering construction in China, especially in the rapid development of high-speed railway construction, we will encounter a lot of deep excavation slope engineering problems that in the mountainous and hilly area. At the same time, there are also dynamic problems for high-speed railway subgrade engineering. Therefore, the slope excavation engineering and high-speed railway subgrade dynamic performance are the key problems of foundation construction and in geotechnical engineering. Based on the problems in high-speed railway subgrade construction, we use the strength reduction method to analysis the cutting slope and study the subgrade dynamic performance, then put forward some constructive suggestions. The main research contents as follow:(1) To analyze the cutting slope engineering model and its parameters, the numerical analysis method of cutting subgrade slope is established.(2) MIDAS\GTS is used to establish three-dimensional dynamic model of high-speed railway subgrade to research on the dynamic characteristic and the dynamic response of subgrade.
