Switched Reluctance Motor (SRM) has distinct advantage in terms of efficiency,controllability, reliability and economy in a variety of industrial control, aerospace andordnance machinery and other fields. But its serious problem of switched reluctance motor istorque ripples. And the mechanical vibration, noise and other problems limit its low-noise,high-precision required control system application. Switched reluctance motor torque ripplesare determined by the motor body structure and the corresponding control strategy. Generally,by optimizing the structure of the motor, and with such a structure under a certain torqueripple reduction strategies, it can inhibit or weaken the torque ripple of switched reluctancemotor, which can improve the speed control system performance.Angle position control (APC) and current chopper control (CCC)method of SwitchedReluctance Motor is relatively simple, but the problem of the electromagnetic torque ripples isa serious problem. To inhibit the torque ripple of switch reluctance motor, this paperdiscussed two aspects: the motor structure design and control strategy. First, this paperdesigns the motor structure meeting the designed requirements and makes a switchedreluctance motor with variable structure torque distribution control methods. With theswitched reluctance motor linear mathematical model, based on the analysis of thequasi-linear and non-linear motor model,Second, the paper analyzes the motor controlmethod with variable structure control and torque distribution control, and combined the twomethods, the torque distribution is designed based on sliding mode regulator. And the paperprove sliding controller reaching condition and stability conditions with Lyapunov method,and analyzes the specific process during the switched reluctance motor commutation torqueripple generated. Third, based on this condition, the paper establish a control system ofswitched reluctance motor SMVSC torque distribution, and analyze and calculate theselection of the variety of parameters in the control system, and built control systematic digtilsimulation model in Ansoft and Matlab. Finally, the paper introduces the drive control systembased on DSP hardware components and software programs.SMVSC torque distribution control algorithm is simple and easy to implemented, lowsensitivity to system disturbances, which has strong robustness and anti-jamming capability,and the design and application of this paper proves SMVSC switched reluctance motor torquedistribution control can inhibit the commutation torque ripple and low electromagnetic torqueripple effectively.
