Landscape Reconstruction Planning Of Da Ji Dian Folk Custom Village In Baoding

With the rapid development of social economy in China and improvement ofurbanization, rural tourism has gradually been favored more and more by people. Ruralplanning and construction has become the popular trend in China. But people paid toomuch attention on residential function in rural planning now and ignored ecologicalfunction and landscape function, which brought a consequence of convergence inlandscape. Then how to combine the local rural natural conditions and folk culture tocreate a landscape in order to prominent its own regional characteristics has become themost important research topic now. Based on the motioned consideration, this thesis tookan example of Da Ji Dian in order to provide some reference for landscape construction ofDa Ji Dian or countries such like Da Ji Dian.In this paper, the author took Da Ji Dian folk village as the study object, making acomprehensive and extensive investigation on the current situation landscape through avariety of ways, such as data collection, site investigations and feasibility studies, villagers’interview and photo collected. It also combined with the analytic study of landscapeplanning in Dang Jia Village Han Cheng city and Jiu Zhong Jin Village Han Zhong City,introducing a question about landscape designing in Da Ji Dian as well as transforming thelandscape construction of Da Ji Dian folk village. According to the study, this researchacquires to draw a conclusion as following:(1)Through the study of Han Cheng city Dang Jia, Han zhong city Jiu Zhong Jin, LiJiang city Luo Shui, Yi Yang city Ying Pan and Hang Zhou city Liang Zhu, we can drawthe following conclusions:①Creating a landscape planning from the perspective of visitorexperiential.②Creating landscape of folk village by using national culture symbolskillfully.③To maximize the protecting of traditional folk custom and reflect theapplication of “regional landscape” in planning as well.④Emphasis on digging thehistorical and cultural essence, protecting and making use of ancient buildings.⑤Tobrought and explore the new theory of the walking ring and the urban ficilities.(2)According to a survey of current situation of landscape, such as road system, water,architectural oddments and plants in Da Ji Dian folk village, the author found the villagehas a large number of historical and cultural heritage, and the water resource is extremely rich, which can be fully used in the landscape transforming; at the same time, there werestill some problems: the road system is relatively dislocated, materials of pavement are notunified; water formed simplification, the shore is lack of aquatic plants; architecturaloddments’ style are not unified, the designing is lack of local flavor; the plant level is notabundant enough, plant species are unitary; the identification of scenic spot system ishighly imperfect.(3)Based on the analysis of current situation in landscape, drawing on the experienceof successful theory and planning method,it attempted to position Da Ji Dian ethnic villageas a comprehensive folk village which has the characteristics of beautiful nature landscape,full-bodied flavor,salient feature of history and prominent feature of landscape. This ideaformed an overall layout structure“one districts, one belt,four parts,” which has seven partsrespectively: waterfront landscape zone, fishing garden, picking garden, experience area offolk culture, farming area, orchard area and experience area of farm stay. It also made anoverall planning aimed at the road system, identification system and plant landscape in thevillage.
