Analysis of two-phase movement of swirl injector is used by numerical analysis software. The results showed that since the gas is started from rest during the development of rotational movement, At beginning, due to the velocity is fast, so some fuel cavitations occurs in the corner of the inner wall of the nozzle holes, as the injector needle lift continue to increase, the increased centrifugal swirl groove is formed such that the circumferential motion acceleration gasoline and pressed against the outer periphery of the injection hole, cavitations at the corner of the injection hole becomes smaller and disappear. With the enhancement of the circular motion, the axial velocity of the spray orifice begins to weaken the cross-sectional flow area ofthe needle valve is further increased, the gasoline vapor portion is diffused in the nozzle hole to the center axis increases outward. When the needle valve fully open, the nozzle holes are formed in the periphery of the gas, gasoline vapor distribution center. Also through the velocity field, pressure field and the volume fraction of the gasoline distribution is consistent with the results obtained.In order to exploit the two-stroke engine outfitted with direct injection technology by spraying experiments verify the correctness of the calculation and simulation model. And executing simulation analysis of the large load of two-stroke direct injection engine homogeneous mixture on this basis as well as some load when stratified mixture formation process. The results show that at high load, the injection start ABDC15°CA is more conducive to the formation of a homogeneous mixture, and to avoid the disadvantages of the two-stroke engine oil caused by a short circuit is easy to waste fuel and air pollution, improving the fuel economy of the engine and dynamic.At low load, using a spray guided combustion system type make fuel ratio up to40:1.For lean combustion in BBTC40°CA, the ejection angle of55°with the axis, the injector start to inject and form mixture of thick gas mixture near the ignition and the lean mixture distribution around. Two-stroke engine will be further improved fuel economy.
