At present, air-conditioning has become an important means to improve the comfortable performance of automobile. Traditional air-conditioning system driven by motor through the V belt (the independent air-conditioning system), need to consume a certain power of engine, the process will seriously affect the dynamic property of car; Its cooling performance is also affected by the working condition of engine, resulting in poor stability. That is to say, air-conditioning system can only work as the engine is running, when the engine is at high speed, compressor’s speed is high, the refrigeration ability is strong; And the engine is under the working condition of idle speed or low speed, compressor’s speed is low, the refrigeration ability declines; If in a state of parking, compressor will not be able to run. In practice, in the summer when parking be cooling in many cases, the idle speed is required to open air-conditioning, resulting in increased fuel consumption and exhaust gas emissions.This paper made a study of the automobile’s independent electric air-conditioning, on the basis of fuel cars, the electric air-conditioning System that use independent battery and BLDC replaces traditional air-conditioning systems that driven by engine.This paper mainly discusses the following contents:1. Summarize briefly the development history and current situation of air-conditioning of automobile, and specifically analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the independent air-conditioning system, bring up the purpose and meaning of electric air-conditioning system of vehicle. Confirm the air conditioning’s refrigerating capacity, provide theoretical basis for the following to parts selection and parameters matching.2. Confirm the types of compressor, motor and battery, according to the principle of air-conditioning refrigeration cycle and operation condition, combining the refrigerating capacity, calculate the matching parameters of automobile electric air-conditioning system.3. Design the fuzzy controller of compressor speed in the Matlab fuzzy toolbox.4. Based on Matlab/Simulink, simulate the electric air-conditioning system, Shows its feasibility and cooling effect, lay the foundation of its further use and promotion.
