With the continuous development of science and technology, the Web technology gradually shift to a RESTful architecture style, and with the popularization and application of the Internet of Things, the research of WoT Ubiquitous Network became more and more important. On the basis of the Perception Laye, we use Web technologies to build a Ubiquitous Network system, and ultimately achieve the target of IoT. However, the current research in the pan for WoT network mainly focused on the resources integration of the platform and the application, and the sensing layer has not been given due attention. There are some problems in the research of WoT Perception Layer:First, Current WoT network-aware device management layer is still stuck in the static management stage, there is not a perfect standard to achieve the dynamic management of the Perception Layer device; Second, There is not a classification standard for sensors, this cause the self-description of the resource very hard。This issue is one of sub-projects from the national major project our lab participate in, the project was named "Ubiquitous Network collaborative multi-terminal network control platform and key technology", whose main purpose is to achieve the goal that any resource in WoT Network can be discovered. The main work of this issue includes the design of a light-weight Application-layer protocol based on UDP communications, which can make the Intelligent Device and Intelligent Gateway automatically networking; meanwhile, this protocol classify sensors based on the operations, and provide RESTful Web Services for users. Based on this protocol,I designed a system called "Plug and Play Smart Home System".As a constituent part of WoT Sensor Networks, this system support the business platform and the data platform.This system was implemented by the open source hardware and.Net Micro Framework.
