| With the development of China’s economic, the consumption of energy become more and more serious, and people pay more attention to the energy saving. How to reduce the energy consumption has become a problem which social and enterprises are concerned about. According to survey, a large part of energy consumption is in friction and wear of machine, therefore, how to effectively reduce the friction and wear of machine is the primary task of reducing the energy consumption. Under this background, oil mist lubrication technology developed, and this paper mainly studies the detection and control of oil mist concentration of in mist lubrication.This paper begins from the factors which affect the formation of oil mist, and determines the main impact factors, then detect and control them, so the atomizer can generate appropriate concentration of oil mist. This paper is to design the electric part of the oil mist lubrication system, including hardware circuit and driver program.This design has completed the following contents:(1) access to relevant information and grasp the principle of oil mist generating; through the generating principle to understand the factors which affect the oil mist concentration, so as to determine the parameters need to be monitored;(2) complete the design of hardware circuit of lubricating system, including the LPC2214minimum system, detecting and controlling part, alarming part, SD card storage, LCD display and key operation;(3) write the driver program of hardware circuit; (4) complete the debugging of system, including hardware circuit and program after welding PCB.After debugging, the system can run smoothly and it meets the requirements of users. The system effectively control the concentration of oil mist, and it can lubricate many kinds of machines. |
