| With the railway transportation developing rapidly, more and more tourists choose the railway while traveling around, which results in the railway terminal extremely crowed and with high mobility, thus once there were emergencies such as fire, earthquake, explosion, terrorist attacks etc., crowds of people may be easily hurt, even killed. Hazard of safely evacuating the crowd is serious, so doing effective prevention work and studying the emergence evacuation time would be with great importance.This paper firstly analyzes current evacuation studies at home and abroad and summarized their trends; secondly studies the main factors and relates safety design and construction specifications of the emergency evacuation; thirdly proposes a special model to calculate the maximum number of people gathered based on the existing calculating model and calculates the maximum number of people gathered of Dalian station; fourthly investigates the traveler behavior parameters of Dalian station with the video capture way and discusses the relationship of the passengers’speed, density and traffic volume when they were in horizontal route, escalator and stairs; and lastly chooses the traditional calculation model after analyzing and comparing the existing evacuation time calculating model and calculates the emergency evacuation time of Dalian station through appropriate amendment based on the actual layout of the Dalian station and the maximum number of people gathered and parameter value calculated earlier.This paper reaches the following conclusions:(1) Ratio of the number of travelers assigned to be evacuated in different export within the shortest evacuation time when the total number of travelers assigned to be evacuated are set.(2) The maximum number of evacuation within the time set by the evacuation design specification (3) Curve relationship between emergency evacuation time and the number of emergency evacuation. |
