With the speeding up of urbanization,especially for large and medium-sized cities, traffic congestion has been serious increasingly.City urban rail vehicles with saving energy, land, large volume, all-weather, pollution-free characteristics, has become the main way to reduce the pressure on urban traffic.Spot welding of stainless steel car has good corrosion resistance, high strength, good impact resistance and beautiful appearance (without coating), and the advantages of lightweight, and it was widely used in urban rail vehicles.The finite element analysis can diagnosi and analysis the safety of the spot welding of stainless steel car, and the rationality of the structure.At present,the work of finite element analysis of the spot welding of stainless steel car is mainly on the vehicle crashworthiness of stiffness, static strength, and fatigue, and there is few work on the analysis of the parts of car body.This paper makes research on the two typical parts on the spot welding of stainless steel car body,namely top-hat structure and sheet metal of car body side wall, and analysis the modal of top-hat structure under five different spot weld modeling method and simulate the sheet metal tensile test, and using the response surface method to optimize the spot welding parameters of sheet metal tensile test1.Model top-hat structure under five different spot weld modeling method,then calculate their modal.Compare the modal results with the test results,analysis difference of spot weld modeling to modal,find the best spot weld modeling as the modeling method of metal sheeet.2.Simulate the sheet metal tensile test in the Ansys Workbench,and caompare the simulation results with the test results,verify the accuracy of the finite element simulation.And then change the spot weld diameter and thickness of the sheet metal,calculate their strength,and list them as the data for the response surface method.3Express the maximum tension, sheet metal thickness and the relationship between the spot diameter in the sheet metal tensile simulation through response surface method. And make evaluation of the response surface,while the response surface is reliable,using it for tensile parameter optimization.
