With the rapid development of air conditioning technology, and the energy consumption growthof air conditioning, the energy crisis and environmental pollution have become the global issues,which raised the understanding of green air conditioning technology in the whole society, promptedthe extensive development the evaporative cooling, one of the environmental protection airconditioning technology.The innovation of this topic is curved plate type indirect evaporative cooler. The present studymore is folded plate type indirect evaporative cooler, based on the folded plate type indirectevaporative cooler, through optimization get the curved plate type indirect evaporative cooler. Curvedplate channel theoretically be relatively smoother, lower wind resistance and less dust degrees thanfolding channel. The actual local projects as the basis for the relevant design and installation, curvedplate indirect evaporative coolers has used in the textile enterprises in the spinning departmentconditioning system. By pre-cooling the high temperature return air, measuring and field adjusting,record and calculate the data of relevant parameters, analyze the performance situation of curved plateindirect evaporative cooler and relevant affecting factors, at the same time measure and analyze theapplicability of using plate indirect evaporative cooling technology in central China, to provide areference for adopting and design the curved plate indirect evaporative cooler in the future. Thefollowing is a detailed study of the contents of this topic:(1) Learn the basic computing theory of the current indirect evaporative cooling technology, tryto establish the calculation model and simplify, to find a simple and suitable performance calculationmethod about indirect evaporative cooler in the practical application.(2) Start from the efficiency factors and structural characteristics of plate indirect evaporativecooler, combine specificity of textile air conditioning, tentative to improve it, involve in the actualdesign of the air conditioning system of textile items, curved plate indirect evaporative cooler is made, Install it in the spinning department of textile enterprises conditioning system, adjust the variableparameters, such as the primary air velocity, the amount of recycled water spray, water distributionmethods, comparative analysis of curved plate indirect evaporative cooler conditions specificperformance and factors affecting performance, finally, make a research summary.(3) Fully understand the extent of the development of existing indirect evaporative cooler,considering the particularity of the textile industry, based on local projects, calculate theenergy-saving effect after using indirect evaporative cooler in the textile mill spinning workshop,analyze the applicability of indirect evaporative cooling technology adoption in central China, toprovide the basis for the development and application of new type of indirect evaporative cooler incentral China.
