Environmental conservation and new energy development have become serious events for the beings. Proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) is a electrochemical device, which can directly changes chemical energy stored in fuels and oxidant into electrical energy. Because of high energy density and friendly environment effect, PEMFC is believed as a promising new energy. The core component of PEMFC is the proton exchange membrane, which plays key roles on separating reactant gases and conducting protons. But the disadvantages of proton exchange membrane membrane such as the high synthesis cost, bad mechanical strength all extremely limit PEMFC commercialization. Electrospinning is a simple and versatile method for generating membranes.And membranes have many advantages including high porosity, big specific surface, uniform and continuous nanofibers and so on. In this paper, to solve the problems of proton exchange membrane existing, This paper, I managed to prepare Nafion membrane (sponge-Nafion membrane) with high porosity and high surface, good mechanical strength.First sponge-Nafion membranes with different additives were respectively prepared. In the additive content and voltage conditions, to analyse effect on morphology, water content and swelling ratio of sponge-Nafion membrane. The results showed that:(1) auxiliary polyacrylonitrile (PAN) content is10wt.%, voltage is10KV, the curing distance is15cm, sponge-Nafion membranes were prepared by electrospinning with regular surface, uniform and smooth nanofibers; at room temperature water content reached12.3%, which is2.04%higher than Nafion membrane, swelling ratio is11%, but when the agent is PVP, voltage is12.2kV, curing distance is15cm, at room temperature water centent was12.5%. But with the increasing of temperature and additive contents, sponge-Nafion membranes become more unstable, so the PAN is10wt.%, the sponge-Nafoin membrane is best. And then mechanical properties further strengthened. Take sponge-Nafion film as a frame base, sponge-Nafion membrane enhanced mechanical properties by electrostatic spraying system, the failure stress of sponge Nafion membrane reached25.67MP, which is10.02Mpa higher than the first stepThen the further tests on the morphologies and properties of sponge-Nafion film after reinforcement. SEM structure shows the membrane surface structure compact, convex slope type, no through hole, uniform structure. EDS and IR technologys tested membrane elements and structure and composition analysis indicate that the film still has the physical properties of Nafion films. Finally, water film on sponge-Nafion and traditional Nafion film rate, proton conductivity, methanol permeability and tensile strength comparison test and analysis. The test results show that sponge-nafion films have more excellent water rate, mechanical properties and proton conductivity...
