Thermal fatigue refers to the parts in the work process, heating and cooling repeatedly, the result is the interior of the component to generate deformation by thermal stress, thermal stress changes with the repeated changes to parts for heating and cooling, so that the components of thermal damage fault, is one of the most common parts have penetrated crack. Thermal fatigue test is the traditional manual operation, the test process is cumbersome, long cycle, low efficiency, test personnel demanding. In this paper, in order to solve the existing problems in the traditional thermal fatigue test, a study to600℃for sample heating, automatic device and thermal fatigue test.The test device is mainly composed of electric control system, transmission system, heating system in resistance furnace and a cooling system. The first design of transmission system test device, including sample, sample holder and transmission mode. Followed by the design of the heating system, including the self-made tube type resistance furnace. Then the design of the cooling system, mainly including the cooling method and cooling position selection. Then, the design of electronic control system of the test device, in order to ensure the automation test process, the relay, contactor and a proximity switch and other electrical components control circuit to control the test process is required. Finally, the system design for assembly, make it become a complete set of thermal fatigue test device.After debugging and improving, thermal fatigue test device operation in the design of the good, and thus the test device for thermal fatigue test. The test results show that, compared with the traditional thermal fatigue test methods of operation, the control accuracy test device in the design to time is higher, can ensure the heating time in furnace in for10minutes; the consistency of test conditions better, can ensure the heating and cooling of each environment; more intelligent, do not like the traditional test method that through manual operation the sample into the resistance furnace, and then remove the cooling, entirely by mechanical transmission to achieve this process, is a new thermal fatigue test device.
