In modern society, heart disease is one of the major diseases that threaten humanhealth. The heart disease is characterized by the strong burst and it is not easy to be noticed.For heart patients, every second is related to the safety of life. You accept the doctor’sdiagnosis and treatment more quickly, the chance out of the danger is greater. So we cantake advantage of the WI-FI or GPRS to sent the ECG to the doctor timely, and the doctorcan observe the ECG conditions of the patients for the first time. Then the doctor can curethe heart patients for the first time too, rather than waiting until the patients come to thehospital.In this paper, the portable wireless ECG device achieved the acquisition of ECG databetween the embedded intelligent terminal and the front-end collection box. And itachieved waveform display of ECG by the visualization technology on the intelligentterminal. Then ECG data will be uploaded to the ECG Medical Center by the WI-FI, thenit will be diagnosed and analyzed by the specialized ECG doctors. The ECG MedicalCenter will return the diagnosis results to the intelligent terminal. So patients can receivethe treatment timely. Then it makes the real-time and scientificalness of the ECG detectionimproved greatly.Design of intelligent terminal software is the main job of this paper. The paperpresented the hardware platform and the overall design of the software system about theintelligent terminal. It selected smart phone based on Windows mobile as the intelligentterminal. The software development environment is Visual Studio2008SP1and Windowsmobile6.0professional SDK. The paper discussed the software design of the intelligentterminal in detail. The intelligent terminal collects the patient’s ECG data by the wirelessBluetooth module. The collected ECG data are stored in accordance with the format of thedata files. In this paper, on the basis of the Levkov filtering, it uses QRS detection functionbased on wavelet transform to filter out the50Hz frequency interference. And it uses themedian filtering algorithm to filter out the baseline wander of the ECG. Through theexperiments the two algorithms are all effective. They have made the good filtering effects. At the same time it uses the visualization technology in the intelligent terminal module tomake the ECG waveform display in real-time, so you can more easily observe the stabilityof the ECG waveform and so on. Finally, it uses the Embedded Visual C++programmingsoftware to achieve all the functions of the datas acquisition about the ECG. The test resultsshow the whole system has achieved the intended purpose, and it has a high value in use.
